We have automated data collection and interpretation for tasks like sensor-based research and quality control within large-scale factory manufacturing. We have also automated complex processes, such as taking a manual process for collecting and transferring data by creating and adapting spreadsheets, and converting it into a flexible set of API-driven options for data sharing and format conversion.
On another project, we created a structure that enabled automated generation of UI for displaying data sets, based on the type of data being accessed and role of the user accessing it.
In larger process automation projects, we have considered the significant market opportunity presented by certain industries' need for modernization, but also the need to prepare to support these kinds of B2B clients in adopting an entirely new digital workflow. As a result, we incorporated some management of expectations for client training and support into sales strategies. We also assessed the potential additional value of white label sales of this solution for automating similar data handling processes in other contexts.
